1. The grievance of the petitioner in the instant Writ Petition is that, the petitioner in spite of the fact that he has requisite qualifying service enabling

her Time Scale Pay (Samayman Vetanman), yet the respondents for reasons best known have till date not granted the said benefit to the petitioner.

2. The counsel for the petitioner took attention of this Court to Annexure- P/2 dated 18/04/2016 which is a letter issued by the Deputy Director,

Agriculture recommending the said benefit to be given to the petitioner, yet there is no order in his favour till date.

3. Given the said limited grievance which the petitioner has raised, this Court does not intend to keep the Writ Petition pending, rather ends of justice

would meet if the Writ Petition stands disposed off with a direction to the respondents No. 2 & 3 to consider the case of the petitioner for grant of

Time Pay Scale (Samayman Vetanman) on her completing the requisite length of service for the same.

4. The authorities would also ensure that, the petitioner is granted benefit from the date she became entitled for the same subject to the petitioner

being suitable/eligible for the same.

5. Let this exercise be done and the benefit be released to the petitioner if she so entitled for within a period of 60 days from the date of receipt of

copy of this order.

6. However, in case if the petitioner is not entitled for the same, then specific order be passed intimating the petitioner as to whey she is not entitled

for.

7. The Writ Petition accordingly stands disposed off.
