1. By order (Annexure-P-1), the Directorate of Panchayat has rescheduled its development work and proposed that instead of construction of C.C.

Road within the area of petitioner Gram Panchayat, the same shall now be considered for construction at Village Kumhari. It is submitted that on

account of the earlier sanction for the subject work for Uchchbhitghi Gram Panchayat, even materials were procured and dumped on the site, but now

due to the change in proposal, construction has been stopped in the petitioner Gram Panchayat.

2. Since the matter pertains to carrying on development work in one village or the other, this Court would not interfere by quashing or staying the order

(Annexure-P-1). However, at the same time, C.C. Road and community building should also be constructed in the area of petitioner Gram Panchayat.

Therefore, the writ petition is disposed of with direction that let the Directorate, Panchayat take necessary action to raise construction of C.C. Road

and community building as per its earlier proposal within the area of Gram Panchayat, Uchchbhitghi.

3. The writ petition stands disposed of.
