1. Challenge in this petition is to non granting of employment in lieu of land belonging to the family of the petitioner which was acquired by the

respondents.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has made representation in this regard to the higher authorities in the department but till

date the same has not been decided. He submits that the petitioner may be permitted to move fresh representation to the respondent No.2 and in turn

he may be directed to decide the same within a stipulated period in accordance with the policy framed in this regard by the respondents.

3. The prayer is not opposed by the respondents.

4. Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed. In addition to the representation which the petitioner has already made, he is at liberty to make a

fresh representation before the respondent No.2 within a period of 30 days from today in respect of her claim supported with all relevant documents

and on submission of said representation, the respondent No.2 in turn shall decide the same within an outer limit of 90 days thereafter.
