1. This CRMP has been filed for correction of the order dated 26.06.2018 passed in M.Cr.C. No.3137 of 2018.
2. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that due to mistake in the cause- title of the bail application bearing M.Cr.C. No.3137/2018 Shashi Singh
D/o Late Gajraj Singh Agrwal has been shown and the age is shown as 29 years, whereas the correct name of applicant is Shashi Singh D/o Late
Gajraj Singh aged about 50 years, therefore, the same may be corrected.
3. Learned State counsel do not object to the same.
4. In view of this, the order dated 26.06.2018 passed in M.Cr.C. No.3137/2018 is modified to the extent that the name of the applicant should be read
as Shashi Singh D/o Late Gajraj Singh, aged about 50 years. Rest of the conditions of the order shall remain unchanged.
5. With such observation, the CRMP stands disposed of.
