1. Heard learned counsel for the parties.

2. The return has been filed even by the Respondents' counsel.

3. Respondent No.3 seems to be a formal party.

4. Keeping in mind what has been stated in the affidavit filed on behalf of respondents 1 & 2, specially in para 4, this PIL stands disposed of.

5. Learned Advocate General takes a preliminary objection against maintainability of the PIL and he has brought instances as to how the Petitioners

could be an interested party being directly aggrieved because of the lost political battle in the Assembly Elections held in the year 2013.

6. Irrespective of the same, since the Authority has taken cognizance of the matter, no further direction/order is required to be issued in this PIL.

7. The WP(PIL) stands finally disposed of.
