1. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that petitioner's witnesses were present on 27.11.2017 but in absence of Presiding Officer /

Collector, witnesses could not be examined and thereafter, on 14.12.2017 Smt. Jayanti Patel was examined but for examination of other two witnesses

namely Mahesh Choudhary and Hardeep Singh Raina case was adjourned and fixed for 15.01.2018 but on that date the petitioner's opportunity to lead

on the next date fixed for the case, i.e. on 16.07.2018. It is made clear that no further opportunity will be given to the petitioner.

4. With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
