1. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of petitioner would submit that petitioner's land bearing khasra No. 85/9 and 83/9 has not been acquired by

respondent authorities yet memorandum dated 07.06.2017 has been issued to the petitioner by the Sub-Divisional Officer (Revenue), Bilaspur

computing the compensation for petitioner's land and it is likely to be taken over by the respondents.

2. I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. Be that as it may, the Collector, Bilaspur is directed to look into the matter and take a decision on the said expeditiously within seven days from the

date of receipt of copy of this order.

4. A copy of this order be sent to Collector, Bilaspur for necessary compliance and needful.

5. With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
