Authority against the order of revision dated 26.09.2016 (Annexure - P/7).

3. I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

4. The prayer appears to be fair and reasonable and is accordingly allowed.

5. Be that as it may, the petitioner is at liberty to file an appeal / revision before the appropriate Appellate Authority in accordance with law who shall

consider and decide the same expeditiously.

6. With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
