1. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that house alloted to the petitioner as a government servant has been directed to be given

to Smt. Santoshi Ratre by respondents No. 4 and 5 by order dated 31.01.2018. He further submits that petitioner is in possession of the alloted house

since 2016 and, therefore, the impugned order is illegal and bad in law.

2. I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. Be that as it may, the petitioner is at liberty to make representation before the Collector, Korea for redressal of his grievance and, in turn, the

Collector, Korea shall consider and take a decision with regard to petitioner's representation qua allotment of house expeditiously preferably within a

period of 10 days from the date of receipt of copy of representation.

4. With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
