Sandeep Mehta, J.@mdashHeard learned Counsel for the Applicant and the learned Public Prosecutor and perused the Challan papers.

2. Learned Counsel for the Applicant submits that offence alleged are triable by a court of Magistrate and the investigation in the matter has been completed and the result whereof has been filed against the Applicant before the learned trial court. He further submits that trial of the case is bound to take long time, therefore, the accused Applicant may be granted indulgence of bail.

3. Learned Public Prosecutor opposed the bail application.

4. Having considered the totality of facts and circumstances, the bail application preferred u/s 439 Code of Criminal Procedure deserves acceptance.

5. Accordingly, the bail application is allowed, it is directed that Applicant Mangla Ram S/o Narsa Ram, shall be released on bail in FIR No. 115/2011 at P.S. Sumerpur, District Pali provided he executes a personal bond for a sum of Rs. 30,000/- along with two sound and solvent sureties in the sum of Rs. 15,000/- each to the satisfaction of learned trial court for his appearance before that court on each and every date of hearing and whenever called upon to do so till the completion of the trial.
