Kanwaljit Singh Ahluwalia, J.@mdashPresent petition has been filed u/s 482 Code of Criminal Procedure praying that official Respondents be directed to hold enquiry on application dated 3.6.2010 submitted to Respondent No. 2 - Commissioner of Police, Ludhiana.

2. Shri B.S. Sra, Additional Advocate General, Punjab, appearing for the State, on instructions from HC Ranjit Singh, P.S. Sahnewal, has submitted that on the basis of representation Annexure P-2, FIR No. 19 dated 2.2.2011 has been registered at Police Station Sahnewal, under Sections 447, 427 IPC. He has further submitted that the above stated FIR was investigated and final report u/s 173 Code of Criminal Procedure has been submitted against Gurpal Singh. The remaining persons, who were cited as accused by the Petitioner, have been placed in column No. 2 in the challan presented by the investigating agency.

3. After hearing Counsel for the parties, present petition is disposed of with a direction that Petitioner, if so advised, may file an application u/s 319 Code of Criminal Procedure at an appropriate stage before the trial court for summoning the accused who have been placed in column No. 2. Needless to say that as and when such an application is filed, the trial Court shall decide the same in accordance with the provisions of law.

4. With the above observations, the present petition is disposed of.
