1. The instant appeal and the application are directed against an order passed by the learned First Court on 28th September, 2012. By this order the learned First Court has directed that during the pendency of the writ petition, the Police Authorities should not call upon any of the two petitioners to attend the Police Station unless their presence is required in connection with any investigation.
2. We do not find any error in this order. Nor can we understand what prejudice is being caused to the appellants by this order.
3. In the circumstances, the present appeal and the connected application stand dismissed.
4. So far as merit of the matter is concerned, we decline to make any comment or observation in this order. It would be up to the parties to the proceeding to urge their respective points at the time of hearing of the writ petition before the learned First Court. Urgent Photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the appellants as expeditiously as possible.
