Hemant Gupta, J.@mdashThe petitioners are the legal representatives of deceased Joginder Kumar who died in a motor vehicle accident on 9th November, 1998.

2. The petitioners have filed a claim petition u/s 166 of the Motor Vehicles Act, 1988, before the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Ambala. It has been pointed out that petitioner No. 1 has since been transferred to Chandigarh and there is none else in the family to pursue the present claim petition at Ambala. Therefore, the present case be transferred to the competent Tribunal at Chandigarh.

3. Keeping in view the contentions raised by the petitioners, the claim petition pending in the Court of Mr. J.S. Kudu, Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Ambala, is transferred to the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Chandigarh. The parties through their Counsel are directed to appear before the learned District Judge Chandigarh, on 10th March, 2006 on which date the learned District Judge shall be at liberty to entrust the petition to any claim petition Tribunal at Chandigarh.

4. The petition stands disposed of accordingly.
