Alok Singh, J.@mdashThis is a petition seeking anticipatory bail in Criminal Complaint No. 153-1C of 2010 titled ''Balwan v. Satyawan and others'', pending before the learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Loharu.
2. Learned Counsel for the Petitioners states that Petitioners have appeared before the learned Magistrate pursuant to the order passed by this Court dated 14.03.2011 and have already been enlarged on bail by the learned Magistrate. Learned Counsel further states that Petitioners shall keep on appearing on each and every date fixed before the Trial Court.
3. In view of the above statement, present petition is disposed of making order dated 14.03.2011 absolute.
