Jaswant Singh, J.@mdashBy filing the instant revision petition under Article 227 of the Constitution read with Section 115 and 151 Code of Civil Procedure, Petitioner has prayed for setting aside the order dated 8.12.2009 passed by the learned Civil Judge (Jr. Division), Malerkotla whereby his application for permission to lead additional evidence has been dismissed.

2. At the time of hearing, learned Counsel for the Petitioner states that the present revision petition has become infructuous since the suit filed by the Plaintiff-Petitioner itself has been dismissed on merit vide judgment and order dated 21.2.2011.

3. In view of the aforesaid statement, present petition is dismissed as infructuous.
