Sabina, J.@mdashThis petition has been filed u/s 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for quashing of complaint No. 616/1 of 11.12.2006 under Sections 323, 427, 447, 506, 34 pending in the Court of Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Samrala and for quashing of the summoning ordedr dated 11.07.2008.
2. At the time of issuance of notice of motion on 07.10.2009, following order was passed:
Contents that parties are related and there is possibility of settlement.
Notice of motion for 22.12.2009 only to explore the possibility of settlement.
3. This case was put up before the Lok Adalat to enable the parties to arrive at some settlement. However, no settlement could be arrived at between the parties. Since notice of motion was issued only to explore the possibility of settlement between the parties as they are related to each other and no settlement has been arrived at between the parties, no further interference by this Court is called for.
Dismissed.
