Ranjit Singh, J.@mdashThe petitioner has filed this revision petition against the order of acquittal of respondents u/s 306 IPC. The Appellate Court has relied upon a judgement of Hon''ble Supreme Court reported as Gangula Mohan Reddy Vs. State of Andhra Pradesh, 2010 (1) RCR 603 , which applies to the facts of the present case. The deceased was working as a servant with the respondents and was levelled with the allegation of committing theft. He had committed suicide. The Supreme Court under similar circumstances found that no case of abetment would be made out. Moreover, it has been held by the Hon''ble Supreme in Bhim Singh Vs. State of Haryana, that even if some other view is possible, that would not be a ground to interfere in the order of acquittal. No case for interference in the order of acquittal, thus, is made out.

2. Dismissed.
