Jaswant singh, J.@mdashPrayer is u/s 482 Code of Criminal Procedure for issuance of directions to Respondents No. 2 & 3 to refrain from interfering into the liberty and right to life of the Petitioners on account of the conduct of son of Petitioner No. 1 namely Jagmeet Singh @ Ghula as to ensure that the Petitioner is not harassed by Respondent No. 3, Incharge, CIA Staff, Kharar at the behest of the private Respondents No. 4 & 5.

2. Upon notice separate replies have been filed on behalf of Respondents No. 1 to 3 as well as Respondent No. 4.

In reply filed on behalf of Respondents No. 1 to 3 it has stated that police of Madhya Pradesh visited PS Haibowal, Ludhiana on 02.02.2010 and 31.03.2010 in connection with search of Jagmeet Singh, who is an accused in case FIR No. 28/2010 under Sections 302, 365, 201 and 34 of IPC Police Station Shivni Malwa, District Hoshangabad(MP) after making entries in the Daily Diary register vide number 22 dated 2.2.2010 and DDR No. 14 dated 31.03.2010. It is further submitted that the District Police, Ludhiana has no concern with the investigation of the aforesaid case of Hoshangabad(MP).

In reply filed on behalf of Respondent No. 4-Incharge Police Station Shivni Malwa, District Hoshangabad (MP) it is submitted that the police of Police Station Shivni Malwa, District Hoshangabad(MP) visited PS Haibowal, Ludhiana in connection with search of Jagmeet Singh who is an accused in case bearing FIR No. 28/2010 under Sections 302, 365, 201 and 34 of IPC Police Station Shivni Malwa, District Hoshangabad(MP).

From the aforesaid replies filed on behalf of Respondents No. 1 to 3 as well as on behalf of Respondent No. 4 it is evident that Jagmeet Singh is a named accused in FIR No. 28/2010 under Sections 302, 365, 201 and 34 of IPC Police Station Shivni Malwa, District Hoshangabad(MP) and non bailable warrants of his arrest have been issued by the learned Illaqa Magistrate. It has further come out that the police from Madhya Pradesh had come to arrest Jagmeet Singh and the present police of District Ludhiana was associated while visited the place of Jagmeet Singh in Ludhiana.

6. In view of the aforesaid situation, no further orders are required to be passed in the instant petition.

Dismissed as infructuous.
