3. By way of present petition, Petitioner - Municipal Corporation is assailing order/award dated 26.4.1990 passed by Labour Court, Ludhiana thereby directing resin statement of Respondent No. 2 with full back wages.
4. Impugned order was passed way back in 1990. It is fairly stated by learned Counsel for the Petitioner that workman - Respondent No. 2 is working regularly since then and his services has already been regularised in the year 1992. In these peculiar facts and circumstances of the case after expiry of 20 years, I do not intend to invoke extra ordinary jurisdiction of this Court under Article 226 of the Constitution of India.
Dismissed.
