R.R. Prasad, J.@mdashLearned counsel appearing for the petitioner is permitted to implead the Deputy Commissioner, Chalbasa, Singhbum (W), a party respondent No. 6 in this case.
2. Heard the parties.

Learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner''s husband, namely, Rameshar Singh Kuntia, while was working as Rajswa Karamchari, got retired on 1.2.1990, and was paid provisional pension only up to, February, 1992 and, thereafter; the authority stopped making payment of provisional pension till 2006, when Rameshar Singh Kuntia died and, therefore, the petitioner being widow of Rameshar Singh Kuntia, has preferred this writ application for direction to the authorities to make payment of arrears to pension with effect from March, 1992 to 23.11.2006 and also for fixation of family pension.

In view of the submission, this writ application is disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to file a fresh representation before the Respondent No. 6-the Deputy Commissioner, Chalbasa, Singhbum (W), along with a copy of this order relating to the payment of arrears of pension for the period as mentioned above and also for fixation of family pension within a period of three weeks and the Respondent No. 6-the Deputy Commissioner. Chaibasa, Singhbum (W), on receiving the said representation, will take decision in the matter within four weeks and if no decision is taken within the time as stipulated hereinabove, the petitioner would be entitled to have Interest @ 9% over the amount which the petitioner is entitled to have.
With this direction/this writ application is disposed of.
