Translate:

1. Heard the counsel for the parties.

2. The State Government, pursuant to the directions issued by this Court on 25.5.2010 in the following terms:

In the light of the statement, made by the Deputy Commissioner, coupled with the letter aforesaid, we direct the Deputy Commissioner, Ramgarh,

to immediately find out Government land, nearest to the school, and transfer the same in favour of the Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangthan. This process

must be completed within a period of four months from today.

has come up with a counter-affidavit stating, inter alia, that land is available to be allotted to Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangthan. An option has been

given to Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangthan of two lands - one at village Sudi and another at village Bujurg Jamira. Out of these two lands, the Kendriya

Vidyalaya Sangthan will make selection as to where they want to bring up the new school. Immediate steps will be taken by the Kendriya

Vidyalaya Sangthan for possession of the land from the Government and start construction of the institution. The entire process will be expedited

and no further delay will be occasioned in construction of the school building and as far as practicable, within two years the new school building

will come into existence and the school will start functioning in the new building. As far as the present system is concerned, that will continue for

two years.

3. Counsel for the C.C.L has no objection to the arrangement which is being worked out, as detailed hereinbefore.

4. With the aforesaid directions, the present P.I.L is disposed of.
