Patel, J.@mdashLearned Counsel for the Petitioner submitted that in pursuance of the scheme, floated by Respondent Nos. 1 and 2, amount of Rs. 4 Lakhs has already been deposited with the Respondents and it was legal obligation of the Respondents to issue 25 "A Category" passes for one time darshan at Baba Baidyanath Temple, situated at Deoghar, State of Jharkhand. Learned Counsel for the Petitioner has also taken this Court to Annexure 2 and further annexures and submitted that they have already left their houses for darshan purpose and, therefore, let the matter be disposed of as earliest.

2. In view of the aforesaid submission, notice to the Respondents. Mr. R.R. Mishra, learned G.P.-II, waives notice on behalf of the Respondents and seeks time.

3. Time, as prayed for, is granted.

4. The matter is adjourned to be listed tomorrow i.e. on 20th July, 2011.
