1. None appeared on behalf of the petitioner.

Heard Mr. N. Mozika, learned CGC appearing on behalf of the respondents.

2. The brief fact of the petitioner''s case in a nutshell is that:

The Petitioner is an SI/GD being No. 041665461 serving in C.R.P.F at Nort Eastern Sector, Head Quarter, Shillong, Meghalaya, from

21/10/2015 on transfer. Unfortunately transfer/movement order issued on 21/01/2017 in favour of the petitioner to be transferred to Jharkhand,

India. Being aggrieved by untimely and unreasonable transfer order (ANNEXURE-II) the petitioner tried to ventilate his grievances before the

concerned authority which was rejected and superior authority did not allow the petitioner to project his problems when it was prayed for. The

petitioner''s wife is pregnant and expected date of delivery is 24/04/2017, which was overlooked by the respondents. Hence the petitioner

approached before Your Lordship seeking justice.

Hence this case.

3. Mr. N. Mozika, learned CGC present before the Court submits that initially, the petitioner moved this instant writ petition praying to allow him

to stay in his present post at Shillong for 6(six) months on the ground that his wife is pregnant, and accordingly, this Court admitted the writ petition

and issued notice to the respondents on 08.02.2017 and also directed that the transfer order dated 21.01.2017 be kept in abeyance. So now,

more than 6(six) months'' time is over, since none has appeared on behalf of the petitioner, the petition stands disposed of with a direction to the

petitioner to join his place of posting as directed by the authority concerned.

4. With this observation and direction the matter stands disposed of.
