Dr. N. Mozika, learned DSG assisted by Ms. S. Rumthao, learned counsel for the respondents at the outset submits that the affidavit filed on 28.07.2023 has some defects, which he seeks to cure by praying that he may be allowed to withdraw the said affidavit and to file afresh.

Seen the affidavit. The defects it appears is with regard to the translation of a letter which is in Hindi, and the translated copy of which, that has been annexed is not of the original document.

Accordingly, the prayer of the learned DSG is allowed, he is permitted to withdraw the affidavit which is treated as cancelled, and 2(two) weeks’ time is granted to file fresh affidavit.

List this matter on 31.08.2023.

The interim order passed earlier shall continue till the next date.
