Ms. S.Shallam, learned counsel for the respondents today prays that further two weeks’ time be allowed to the respondents to file the affidavit.

It is noted and also submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that this is the third time that the respondents have sought for time to file the affidavit. He further submits that the matter concerns vehicles which have put to auction wherein being the successful bidder, the delay in the proceedings might cause irreparable loss to the petitioner.

Accordingly, further one week’s time is allowed to the respondents to file the affidavit.
