Heard.

The short point projected by the petitioner in this petition is that there are some outstandings with the respondents, arising out of contract, allegedly

executed by the petitioner, for which he has moved this court in its extraordinary writ jurisdiction.

It may be noted that the petitioner can ask for the payments, if any, due to him from the respondents out of the contract by filing a regular suit in the

civil court and paying court fee thereon. In case any money is found due, he can get a decree alongwith costs. This court is not to be burdened with

the unnecessary litigation of taking recourse of filing writ petition. The writ petition is, as such, dismissed in limine. File be consigned to records.
