On perusal of the earlier proceedings, it is found that none appeared for the petitioner on several occasions.
Mr. Th. Vashum, learned GA appeared on behalf of the respondents and submitted that counter affidavit on behalf of the respondents has already been filed. The learned counsel further prays for dismissing this writ petition for non-prosecution.
As the petitioner is not represented today, in the interest of justice, no adverse order is passed today.
