2. The Petitioner was earlier an Assistant Teacher L.T. Grade (Math) at Government High School Khandkari, Block Chamba, district Tehri Garhwal. She was transferred from Government High School, Khnadkari to an upgraded school namely Government High School, Sikenderpur, Bhaiswal, Block Bhagwanpur, Haridwar on 9.6.2011. Consequently, this transfer/adjustment was cancelled vide order dated 16.6.2011 passed by the Additional Director, Garhwal Mandal. Aggrieved the Petitioner has filed this writ petition.
3. This controversy has already been decided by this Court, inter alia, in Writ Petition (S/S) No. 645 of 2011 (decided on 1.7.2011), whereby this Court has directed the Secretary, Education, Government of Uttarakhand to decide the issue.
4. As such this writ petition is also decided and disposed of in terms of the order-dated 1.7.2011 passed by this Court in Writ Petition (S/S) No. 645 of 2011.
5. No order as to costs.
