1. Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, Sri A. Narasimha Rao, learned counsel for the appellant appeared through virtual mode and represented that the sole appellant died long back and his Legal Representatives are not evincing interest to prosecute the appeal and he further represented that necessary orders may be passed. The representation made by the learned counsel for the appellant is recorded.
2. Therefore, the Appeal Suit is dismissed as abated. There shall be no order as to costs.
As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
