S.K. Mahajan, J.@mdashBeing aggrieved by an order dated 7th February, 2000 passed by the Trial Court refusing permission to the petitioner to
place on record certain documents, present revision petition was filed by the petitioner.
2. Learned Counsel for the plaintiff on instruction from Mr. Chatarbhuj - respondent No. 1, present states that the plaintiffs will have no objection
to the documents being placed on record and he does not oppose this petition.
3. In view of the submissions made by the parties, I allow this revision petition and permit the documents which were sought to be placed on
record by application under Order 13, Rule 2, CPC.
No further orders are required to be passed on this petition and the same stands disposed of.
4. Application allowed.
