Short Title :- This Act may be called the Andhra Pradesh Agricultural Indebtedness (Relief) (Amendment) Act, 1984. 2. Amendment Of Section 3 :- In the Andhra Pradesh Agricultural Indebtedness (Relief) Act, 1977( Act 7 of 1977), in section 3, in clause (r), for the words "includes a person", the words "includes a fisherman and any person" shall be and shall be deemed always to have been substituted.
