Be it enacted by the Legislative Assembly of the State of Andhra Pradesh in the Forty first Year of the Republic of India, as follows:- 1. Short Title :- This Act may be called the Andhra Pradesh Agricultural Indebtedness (Relief) (Amendment) Act, 1990. 2. Amendment Of Section 3 :- In section 3, of the Andhra Pradesh Agricultural Indebtedness (Relief) Act, 1987(Act 15 of 1987):- (a) in sub-section (1), for the words "the date of such commencement", the expression "the 31st May, 1989" shall be substituted; (b) in sub-section (2), in clause (b) for the words "at the commencement of this Act", the expression "as on the 31st May, 1989" shall be substituted.
