Study leave ANDHRA PRADESH AGRICULTURAL UNIVERSITY REGULATIONS In exercise of the powers conferred by Sub-section (I) of Section 40 of the Andhra Pradesh Agricultural University Act, 1963 the Board of Management of Andhra Pradesh Agricultural University hereby makes the following Regulations relating to the authorities competent to grant leave to various categories of employees. 1. Authorities competent to grant leave :- The following shall be the authorities competent to grant earned leave, leave on private affairs, medical leave, maternity leave and extra ordinary leave admissible under the relevant Statutes and Regulations to various categories of employees of the University : 2. Study leave :- The Vice Chancellor shall be competent to grant to any employee in the University study leave admissible under the Statutes and Regulations.
