Appropriation Andhra Pradesh Appropriation Act, 2012 1 of 2012 [31 March 2012] PREAMBLE An Act to authorize payments and Appropriation of Moneys from and out of the Consolidated Fund of the State of Andhra Pradesh for the Services of the Financial Year Commencing on the 1st April, 2012 Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Andhra Pradesh in the Sixty-third year of the Republic of India as follows: - 1. Short title :- This Act may be called the Andhra Pradesh Appropriation Act, 2012. 2. Appropriation of Rs. 146242,50,88,000 from and out of the Consolidated Fund of the State of Andhra Pradesh for the financial year commencing on the 1st April, 2012 :- The State Government may appropriate from and out of the Consolidated Fund of the State of Andhra Pradesh, for the financial year commencing one the 1st April, 2012, a sum not exceeding on lakh forty six thousand two hundred forty two crores, fifty lakhs and eighty eight thousand rupees, being moneys required to meet.--. (a) the grants made by the Andhra Pradesh Legislative Assembly for the year, as set-forth in column (3) of the Schedule; and (b) the expenditure charged on the Consolidated Fund of the State of Andhra Pradesh, for the year, as set-forth in column (4) of the Schedule. 3. Appropriation :- The sums authorized to be appropriated from and out of the Consolidated Fund of the State of Andhra Pradesh by this Act, shall be appropriated for the services and purposes expressed in the Schedule in relation to the said year.
