Appropriation Andhra Pradesh Appropriation (No. 2) Act, 2012 2 of 2012 [31 March 2012] PREAMBLE An Act to Authorised the Appropriation of Certain Further Moneys from and out of the Consolidated fund of the State of Andhra Pradesh for the services of the Financial Year which Commenced on the 1st April, 2011 Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Andhra Pradesh in the Sixty-third Year of the Republic of India as follows.-- 1. Short title :- This Act may be called the Andhra Pradesh Appropriation (No. 2) Act, 2012. 2. Authorisation of supplementary appropriation of moneys from and out of the Consolidated Fund of the State of Andhra Pradesh for the financial year which commenced on the 1st April, 2011 :- T h e State Government may appropriate from and out of the Consolidated Fund of the State of Andhra Pradesh, for the financial year which commenced on the 1st April, 2011, a further sum not exceeding thirteen thousand twenty eight crores, eighty nine lakh and fifty nine thousand rupees, being moneys required to meet,- (a) the supplementary grants made by the Andhra Pradesh Legislative Assembly for that year, as set-forth in column (3) of the Schedule; and (b) the supplementary expenditure charged on the Consolidated Fund of the State of Andhra Pradesh for that year, as set forth in column (4) of the Schedule. 3. Appropriation :- The sums authorized to be appropriated from and out of the Consolidated Fund of the State by this Act, shall be appropriated for the services and purposes expressed in the Schedule in relation to the said year.
