Repeal Of Ordinance No. 7 Of 1985 And Ordinance No. 8 Of 1985 Andhra Pradesh Co-Operative Societies (Amendment) Act, 1985 21 of 1985 An Act further to amend the Andhra Pradesh Co-operative Societies Act, 1964. Be it enacted by Legislative Assembly of the State of Andhra Pradesh in the Thirty-sixth Year of the Republic of India as follows:- 1. Short Title And Commencement :- (1) This Act may be called the Andhra Pradesh Co-operative Societies (Amendment) Act, 1985. (2) Sub-section (2) of Section 13 shall be deemed to have come into force on the 1st September, 1984 sub-section (4) of new Section 21-AA inserted by Section 10, 16, 21 and 26 shall be deemed to have come into force on the 3rd June, 1985 and the remaining provisions of this Act, shall be deemed to have come into force on the 22nd April, 1985. 2.
