Amendment To The Schedule Act Is Of 1983 Andhra Pradesh Co-Operative Spinning Mills (Regulation) (Amendment) Act, 2001 6 of 2001 AN ACT FURTHER TO AMEND THE ANDHRA PRADESH CO- OPERATIVE SPINNING MILLS (REGULATION) ACT, 1983. Be it enacted by the Legislative Assembly of the State of Andhra Pradesh in the Fifty-second Year of the Republic of India, as follows:- 1. Short Title And Commencement :- (1) This Act may be called the Andhra Pradesh Co-operative Spinning Mills (Regulation) (Amendment) Act, 2001. (2) It shall come into force on such date as the State Government may, by notification, in the Andhra Pradesh Gazette, appoint. 2. Amendment To The Schedule Act Is Of 1983 :- In the Andhra Pradesh Co-operative Spinning Mills (Regulation) Act, l983 in the Schedule, after item 16, the following item shall be added, namely:- "19. The Chilakaluripeta Cotton Growers Co-operative Spinning Mills Limited, Chilakaluripeta."
