Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Andhra Pradesh in the Thirty-fifth Year of the Republic of India as follows:- * Received the Assent of the Governor on the 20th March, 1984" for Statement of Objects and Reasons, please see the Andhra Pradesh Gazette, Part IV-A, Extraordinary, dated the 24th February, 1983, page 3. 1. Short Title And Commencement :- (1) This Act may be called the Andhra Pradesh Educational Institutions (Regulation of Admission and Prohibition of Capitation Fee) Second Amendment Act, 1984. (2) It shall be deemed to have come into force on the 24th December, 1983. 2. Insertion Of New Section 8-A In Act 5 Of 1983 :- I n the Andhra Pradesh Educational Institutions (Regulation of Admission and Prohibition of Capitation Fee) Act, 1983, after section 8, the following section shall be inserted, namely:- "8-A. Exemption:- Nothing in this Act shall apply to the following educational institutions,- (a) Food Craft Institution, Hyderabad; ( b ) Regional and other training centres financed by the Government of India". 3. Repeat Of Ordinance No. 30 Of 1983 :- The Andhra Pradesh Educational Institutions (Regulation of Admission and Prohibition of Capitation Fee) Fifth Amendment Ordinance, 1983 is hereby repealed.
