Repeal of Act 31 of 1987 Andhra Pradesh Entry Of Goods Into Local Area Tax (Repeal) Act, 1990 8 of 1990 PREAMBLE AN ACT TO REPEAL THE ANDHRA PRADESH ENTRY OF GOODS INTO LOCAL AREA TAX ACT, 1987. Be it enacted by the Legislative Assembly of the State of Andhra Pradesh in the Forty-first Year of the Republic of India as follows:- 1. Short title and Commencement :- (1) This Act may be called the Andhra Pradesh Entry of Goods into Local Area Tax (Repeal) Act, 1990. (2) It shall be deemed to have come into force with effect on and from the 1st April, 1990. 2. Repeal of Act 31 of 1987 :- (1) The Andhra Pradesh Entry of Goods into Local Area Tax Act, 1987 is hereby repealed. (2) Upon such repeal, the provisions of section 8 of the Aadhra Pradesh General Glauses Act (Act 1 of 1891) 1891 shall apply.
