Be it enacted by the Legislative Assembly of the State of Andhra Pradesh in the Thirty-sixth Year of the Republic of India as follows.-- 1. Short Title And Commencement :- (1) This Act may be called the Andhra Pradesh Excise (Amendment) Act, 1985. (2) It shall be deemed to have come into force on the 28th June, 1985. 2. Amendment Of The Schedule :- In the Schedule to the Andhra Pradesh Excise Act. 1968. (Act 17 of 1968) in Item 2 for the entry in Column (4) the following shall be substituted, namely.-- "Rupees three per bulk litre". 3. Repeal Of Ordinance :- The Andhra Pradesh Excise (Amendment) Ordinance, 1985 (15 of 1985) is hereby repealed.
