Short Title :- This Act may be called the Andhra Pradesh Gram Panchayats (Amendment) Act, 1980. 2. Amendment Of Section 11 Act 2 Of 1964 :- In the Andhra Pradesh Gram Panchayats Act, 1964, in sub-section (2-B) of section 11, for the expression "the 31st March, 1980", the expression "the 31st March, 1981" shall be substituted.
