Short Title :- This Act may be called the Andhra Pradesh Gram Panchayats and Panchayat Samithis and Zilla Parishads (Amendment) Amending Act, 1980. 2. Amendment Of Section 2 :- In the Andhra Pradesh Gram Panchayats and Panchayat Samithis and Zilla Parishads (Amendment) Act, 1976(Act 3 of 1976), in section 2, for the expression "the 31st March, 1980", the expression "the 31st March, 1981" shall be substituted.
