Be it enacted by the Legislative Assembly of the State of Andhra Pradesh in the Fortieth Year of the Republic of India as follows:- *Received the assent of the Governor on the 30th November 1989. Short Title :- This Act may be called the Andhra Pradesh Irrigation Projects (Special Land Tax) (Repeal) Act, 1989. 2. Repeal Of Act 35 Of 1976 :- (1) The Andhra Pradesh Irrigation Projects (Special Land Tax) Act, 1976 is hereby repealed. (2) Upon such repeal, the provisions of section 8 of the Andhra Pradesh General Clauses Act (Act 1 Of 1891) 1891 shall apply.
