Amendment of Section 2 Andhra Pradesh Rural Electric Co-Operative Societies (Temporary Provisions) (Amendment) Act, 2001 13 of 2001 AN ACT FURTHER TO AMEND THE ANDHRA PRADESH RURAL ELECTRIC CO-OPERATIVE SOCIETIES (TEMPORARY PROVISIONS) ACT, 1998. Be it enacted by the Legislative Assembly of the State of Andhra Pradesh in the Fifty-second Year of the Republic of India, as follows:- 1. Short title and Commencement :- (1) This Act may be called the Andhra Pradesh Rural Electric Co- operative Societies (Temporary provisions) (Amendment) Act, 2001. (2) It shall be deemed to have come into force with effect from the 1st November, 1976. 2. Amendment of Section 2 :- In the Andhra Pradesh Rural Electric Co-operative Societies (Temporary Provisions) Act, 1998(Act 32 of 1998), in section 2, for the words "beyond the 31st March, 2001", the words "beyond the 31st March, 2000", shall be substituted.
