Appropriation Assam Appropriation (No. Iv) Act, 2005 33 of 2005 [07 September 2005] PREAMBLE AN ACT To provide for the authorization and appropriation of moneys out of the Consolidated Fund of the State of Assam to meet the amounts spent on certain services during the financial year ending on the 31st day of March, 2002 in excess of the amount authorized or granted for the said services. Be it enacted by the Assam Legislative Assembly in the Fifty-sixth Year of the Republic of India as follows:- 1. Short title :- This Act may be called the Assam Appropriation (No. IV) Act, 2005. 2. Issue of Rupees 2142,47,70,000 from and out of the Consolidated Fund of State of Assam for the financial year, 2001-2002 :- From and out of the Consolidated Fund of the State of Assam, the sums specified in column (3) of the Schedule amounting in the aggregate to the sum of Rupees twenty-one hundred forty-two crore forty-seven lakh seventy thousand shall be deemed to have been paid and applied to meet the amounts spent for defraying the charges in respect of the services specified in column (2) of the Schedule during the financial year ending on the 31st day of March, 2002 in excess of the amount authorized or granted for those services for the year. 3. Appropriation :- The sums deemed to have been paid and applied from and out of the Consolidated Fund shall be appropriated for the services and purposes expressed in the Schedule in relation to the financial year ending on the 31st day of March, 2002.
