Rule :- These rules may be called the Assistant District Malaria Officer (Class- III) (Panchayat Service) Recruitment Rules, 1998. 2. Rule :- Appointment to the post of Assistant District Malaria Officer (Class- III), (Panchayat Service) shall be made by promotion of a person of proved merit and efficiency from amongst the persons who have worked for the not less than five years in the cadre of Malaria Supervisor, (Class-III), (Panchayat Service) and have passed the prescribed departmental examination. 3. Rule :- A selected candidate shall be required to pass the departmental examination and an Examination in Gujarati or Hindi or both as may be prescribed by the Government. 4. Rule :- A selected candidate shall be required to undergo such training for such period, and pass such post-training examination, as may be prescribed by the Government.
