Be it enacted by the Chhattisgarh Legislature in the Sixty-fourth Year of the Republic of India, as follows: -- * Published in the Chhattisgarh Rajpatra (Asadharan) dated 12-8- 2013 Page 708(1). 1. Short title, extent and commencement :- (1) This Act may be called the Ayush and Health Sciences University of Chhattisgarh (Amendment) Act, 2013. (2) It extends to the whole State of Chhattisgarh. (3) It shall come into force from the date of its publication in Official Gazette. 2. Amendment of Section 11 :- In sub-section (10) of Section 11 of the Ayush and Health Sciences University of Chhattisgarh Act, 2008 (No. 21 of 2008), for the words "four years" and "sixty seven years", the words "five years" and "seventy years" shall be substituted respectively.
