Title and commencement :- (1) These rules may be called the Bangalore Development Authority (Annual Report) Rules, 1988. (2) They shall come into force from the date of their publication in the Official Gazette. 2. Annual Report :- The authority shall submit to the State Government every year a report in the form appended to these rules, covering the period from the First day of April to the Thirty first day of March of the succeeding year.
