Whereas it is expedient to amend Act 21 of 1836; It is enacted as follows 1. Lieutenant-Governor may alter limits of existing zilas :- It shall be lawful for the Lieutenant-Governor 1* * * * from time to time to alter the limits of existing zilas in any part of the 2[States] 3 [to which this Act extends] 1.
