Section 1 :- This Act may be called the Bihar Buildings (Lease, Rent and Eviction) Control (Amendment) Act, 1958. 2. Section 2 :- In sub-section (3) of Section 1 of the Bihar Buildings (Lease, Rent and Eviction) Control Act, 1947 (Bihar Act III of 1947), for the words and figures "up to and including the 31st March, 1958", the words and figures "up to and including the 31st March, 1961" shall be substituted. 3. Section 3 :- The Bihar Buildings (Lease, Rent and Eviction) Control (Amendment) Ordinance, 1958 (Bihar Ordinance No. IV of 1958) is hereby repealed.
